How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 2–3 working days. Delivery across Pakistan typically takes 3–5 working days depending on your city. You'll receive tracking details on WhatsApp and SMS once your parcel ships.
Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
Yes! COD is available nationwide across Pakistan. Simply pay in cash to the courier when your parcel arrives. For online card payments, we accept Visa and Mastercard through a secure, encrypted gateway.
What is your exchange and return policy?
We offer a 30-day easy exchange promise from the date of delivery (or purchase, for outlet buys). Items must be unused, unwashed and in original packaging with tags attached. Sale items can be exchanged for size issues where stock allows.
How do I know my size?
Every ready-to-wear product page lists available sizes from XS to XL. As a rule of thumb, our pret fits true to size — if you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for comfort. For unstitched fabric, standard 3-piece suits include ample fabric for most tailoring.
Are your product colors accurate?
We photograph every product in studio lighting and review images for accuracy. However, screens display colors slightly differently — if a shade matters a lot to you, message us on WhatsApp and we'll confirm before you order.
Do you deliver outside Pakistan?
Currently we deliver within Pakistan only. International shipping is on our roadmap — join our newsletter to be the first to know when it launches.
How can I track my order?
Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via SMS and WhatsApp. You can also message us anytime with your order details and we'll update you immediately.
What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?
We're so sorry — that shouldn't happen. Contact us within 7 days with a photo of the issue and we'll arrange a replacement or refund right away, at no cost to you.
Do prices include taxes?
Yes, all prices shown on the site are inclusive of applicable taxes. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay — no hidden charges.
How do I care for embroidered or delicate fabrics?
Machine wash cold with like colors, never bleach, and iron on low heat. For heavily embroidered or silk pieces, dry cleaning will keep them looking new for years.
